It wasn’t long ago when I heard about a product that seems to have been highly fashionable for a good few years now. It’s main use involves mixing it water and applying it to your face, and in the process creating a sort of mask.
Can you guess what this might be just yet? If the answers ‘no’, then have no fear I will tell you right now. I’m talking about Bentonite Clay, or as some people call it, Indian Healing Clay. Ever since I heard about it, I’ve been deeply intrigued by it, and luckily I found the perfect brand selling it. I’d bought a few things from this brand before and really trusted them, so I knew that If I returned and purchased their new product, the chances were that I wouldn’t be let down.
And I can safely say now that I wasn’t let down in the least. It came with some handy instructions which is everything I needed to get started. I got to work right away putting it to the test. It comes in a powdered form, so as instructed I mixed a small amount of this with some water. After I had mixed it well enough that a sort of paste had formed I began to apply it to my face.
It’s important at this stage not to rub the paste into your skin, but rather let it sit on your face. Within 20 minutes or so it was completely dry, and I left it on for another 10 minutes before I washed it off in the sink.
You’re probably wondering how it made my skin feel – the answer is it made it feel great! So much so that I carried on doing the same thing and creating a mask every other day until all of the powder had gone! Luckily for me this actually took a while, otherwise I would have had to buy 2 or 3 more pots since then. That’s my two cents people, you can either take my advice or leave it, but let me tell you, if you leave it you will regret it!
